Outside of the usual plan, Babee Dreams offers on-call support for parents who need real-time guidance during sleep training. It’s perfect for those wanting instant replies and immediate direction from a consultant.
Think of it like having in-home support — just done remotely.
HOW IT WORKS
To arrange on-call support, you’ll need to email info@babeedreams.com.
On-call support must be pre-arranged and is subject to availability. Last-minute requests are not guaranteed and may be declined.
When we provide on-call support, all communication will be logged via Instagram DMs (or an alternative platform if Instagram is not available). This includes both voice recordings and written messages. This platform will also be used to timestamp the duration of on-call support, ensuring clarity around the support window provided.
AVAILABILITIES AND RATES
Monday - Friday
Standard Hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM): Standard fee
Early Morning (6:00 AM – 9:00 AM): Double fee
Late Evening (9:00 PM – 12:00 AM): Double fee
Saturday - Sunday
Standard Hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM) Double fee
Early Morning (6:00 AM – 9:00 AM): Double fee
Late Evening (9:00 PM – 12:00 AM): Double fee
No on-call support is available between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM, unless specifically arranged and agreed upon in advance.
FEE AND TIMING
Support is billed in 30-minute minimums, with the option to extend in 15-minute increments and this is because we won’t know in advance how long support will be needed.
Standard Fee: $30 per 15 minutes
Double Fee: $60 per 15 minutes
The first 30 minutes must be paid upfront.
Any additional time will be invoiced after the session and must be paid by the due date specified on the invoice. If the invoice for additional time is not paid, support will end immediately, and no further assistance will be provided. No refunds will be issued for the session or your overall plan.
