Refunds will not be offered on any Babee Dreams Sleep Guides. These are digital products (PDFs) that are automatically delivered upon purchase. Access to the content means you have received the full product. For this reason, refunds or exchanges cannot be provided.
 

0–3 Month Sleep Guide:
Newborn sleep is naturally unpredictable, and while this guide provides evidence-based strategies to help encourage better rest, results cannot be guaranteed.
 

4–24 Month Sleep Guide:
If you have thoroughly read this guide, implemented the recommended methods consistently for at least 14 days, and haven’t seen any improvement, please email info@babeedreams.com so we can review and support you further.

We understand that after purchasing, you may realise that the context within this guide isn’t the right fit for your family. Please note that the 4–24 Month Guide includes sections that involve formal sleep training, and some crying is expected during the process.
 

Extended Phone Consult + Sleep Guide:
This package includes both a phone consultation and a digital sleep guide. Please note that the consultation portion of this package has its own cancellation and rescheduling policy, outlined below. Refunds or exchanges will not be available for the digital portion of this purchase, even if the consultation is cancelled.
 

Sleep Plans:
Refunds or exchanges will not be offered on any sleep plan that includes a digital PDF component. Babee Dreams offers a store credit option, which can be used towards a gift card or other products on the website.

We understand that after purchasing, you may find that the 4–24 Month Sleep Guide isn’t the right fit for your family. Please note that this guide includes sections involving formal sleep training, and some crying is expected during the process.
 

If you have already used or accessed parts of your sleep plan, store credit will not be issued for those components. Since the Dream Plan is a discounted bundle, any refunds or credits applied will reflect the discounted component value, not the full individual price.

Phone Consults

Refunds are not offered for phone consultations. However, store credits may be available under certain conditions. If you wish to reschedule your consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.
 

Phone Consults (Standard, Extended, and Add-On):
Store credits will not be issued after a consult has occurred. For clients who repeatedly reschedule or cancel within 24 hours, Babee Dreams reserves the right to decline future bookings.

Dream Plan:

This plan includes an introductory consult followed by three phone consultations.

If you need to reschedule the introductory consult, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may delay your intended plan start date. If you need to reschedule any of the three phone consults included in your plan, you must also provide at least 24 hours notice. If a consult is cancelled within 24 hours, you will forfeit that session and will need to purchase an add-on phone consult to replace it. If you choose not to purchase an add-on consult, you will simply be a consult down from what is included in your plan.

For clients who repeatedly reschedule or cancel within 24 hours, Babee Dreams reserves the right to decline further bookings and terminate the plan with no refund.
