POLICY

Sleep Guides and Plans

Refunds will not be offered on any guide. These are digital products (PDFs) that are automatically delivered upon purchase. Access to the content means you have received the full product. For this reason, refunds or exchanges cannot be provided.

0–3 Month Sleep Guide:
Newborn sleep is naturally unpredictable, and while this guide provides evidence-based strategies to help encourage better rest, results cannot be guaranteed.

​

4–24 Month Sleep Guide:
If you have thoroughly read this guide, implemented the recommended methods consistently for at least 14 days, and haven’t seen any improvement, please email info@babeedreams.com so we can review and support you further.

We understand that after purchasing, you may realise that the context within this guide isn’t the right fit for your family. Please note that the 4–24 Month Guide includes sections that involve formal sleep training, and some crying is expected during the process.

Extended Phone Consult + Sleep Guide:
This package includes both a phone consult and a digital sleep guide. Please note that the consult portion of this package has its own cancellation and rescheduling policy, outlined below. Refunds or exchanges will not be available for the digital portion of this purchase, even if the consult is cancelled.

Sleep Plans:

Refunds or exchanges will not be offered on any sleep plan that includes a digital PDF component.

If you have already used or accessed parts of your sleep plan, store credit will not be issued for those components.  Where store credit is approved at our discretion, it will be calculated based on the funds actually received, not the original purchase price. This means any non-refundable third-party payment processing fees will be deducted, as these fees are not recoverable.

Plans (packages) are discounted bundles, any store credit issued will also reflect the discounted value of the individual components, not the full standalone price.

All communication is responded to within business hours only. While every effort is made to respond promptly, delays in communication do not constitute grounds for a refund.

If a client delays starting the plan or pauses communication, the sleep plan remains active and available but is not eligible for a refund due to delayed commencement.​

 

Phone Consults

Phone Consults (Standard, extended, add-on or within a plan):

Refunds are not offered for phone consults. Only store credits are available and store credits will not be issued after a consult has occurred.

If you wish to reschedule your consult, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. For clients who repeatedly reschedule or cancel within 24 hours, Babee Dreams reserves the right to decline future bookings.

Dream Plan:

If you need to reschedule the introduction consult, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may delay your intended plan start date. If you need to reschedule the follow-up phone consult, you must also provide at least 24 hours notice. If this consult is cancelled within 24 hours, you will forfeit that session and will need to purchase an add-on phone consult to replace it. If you choose not to purchase an add-on consult, you will simply continue the plan without the follow-up consult.

For clients who repeatedly reschedule or cancel within 24 hours, Babee Dreams reserves the right to decline further bookings and terminate the plan with no refund.​
